Absolute maniac yesterday. If he and this D can stay healthy this season, I like what I see.

It seemed like he had a part in every play.....and he'll only get better as the season moves on!

Tomlin challenged Timmons weeks ago, and the kid is responding. Timmons was excellent against the Falcons.

He has now turned into the LBer we thought he'd be when he was drafted. I love watching him play.

I think Timmons is going to have the year THIS year that everyone expected LAST year. He looks like a speeding locomotive out there and hits like one too! I expect HUGE things out of him as the season progresses.

He did play really well yesterday, if he continues to play at that high of a level, he could be a strong spot for our LB group.

He played very well yesterday. Hope to see him keep that up and stay away from injury...

Timmons had a great game yesterday. Hopefully it's the start of a great season for him.

Him and Rashard shared my gameball for yesterday's game. He played maybe the most complete and mistake free game of anyone on our defense. Some beautiful tackles for loss on Turner yesterday. I don't remember seeing him over pursue ONCE yesterday, probably his biggest problem the last 2 years.

I didn't hear much from Foote, did y'all?

No tackles. He didn't even record a stat.

Another reason our defense will be dominate this season, finally if he can stay healthy should have games like this more often. Third time's a charm and this is his season to shine, kids a beast and has the talent to really help this defense come back to 08' form.

I was really impressed with run stopping ability. That was the knock on him last year and I guess he heard the critcs. It might be time to give this guy a nickname

After reading todays Trib article on Timmons, apparantly Tomlin has named him the Law Dawg.
