Okay it's that time to offer up what our picks will be. And even though I said I am leaning towards taking Oakland a few days ago. With today's news that starting LT Donald Penn is out...that is HUGE. He protects the Blind side. And with Clowney and others rushing from that side...that will cause issues. So even though it is very rare that all home team wins in the 1st round...I am taking all of them.

Oakland @ Houston.....Houston 20-10

Detroit @ Seattle.......Seattle 23-13

Miami @ Pittsburgh...Pittsburgh 34-13

NY Giants @ Green Bay....Packers 24-17

That's mine, what is yours.

I change my mind, I think the cowboys will win their game. The packers have injuries, like Jordy Nelson.

yeah....think im changing my pick to cowboys as well since Claiborne is back and Jordy is probably out. 28-22 Cowboys

I still think Dallas' defense is smoke and mirrors even with Claiborne coming back. Rodgers is hot and I have no idea how Prescott will react to the pressure of a home playoff game. I'm thinking he cracks, he's been showing signs of it recently.

Packers
Falcons
Steelers (take care of the ball Ben!!)
Texans

Packers, Seahawks, Chiefs, Patriots. It's gonna be a terrible week. The Packers will be the only positive thing out of this week. Hope I'm wrong,

Texans are looking to UPSET the Taperiots!!!

That Houston defense is scary good.

Brings back memories of the 2007 and 2011 NYGiants (the teams that befuddled Brady).

No, Osweiler just sucks. If the Texans had a real QB, they would have jumped on them early after the 2 turnovers.

That's two TD passed dropped by a Texan receiver. Osweiler only throws a few good passes per game. As a receiver, you HAVE to catch those!!!

11 points missed... which is the difference in the game.

He was probably having trouble hearing the play from the sideline. Seems there's some disturbance in communication, but only for the visiting team. Happens only at the most crucial times.

If the Texans wouldve had a competent QB, Pats season wouldve been over tonight. Not even a top QB.....just a competent one! Osweiler was absolutely wretched tonight.

They're stuck with Osweiler.

But, if they draft a CB (Kareem Jackson kept the Taperiots in the game, as well), and they get JJ Watt back, they might not need a QB.

Osweiler = Dilfer

I don't think Osweiler could carry Dilfer's jock strap. He just doesn't have it between the ears.

You're right... but, I guess my point is that the Texans defense is on the verge of being scary good (so good that they could win even with Osweiler).

Scary good is the right description. They need to find an Alex Smith type and I think they're set.
