As the story comes out more, it appears that Jones spitted in a Police man's face. That BTW is a class 3 felony. Uusually carries at least 2 years for a person who is a first time offender. And from what I have been told...that is the one offense that DA's don't like to plea bargain down...it offends Police officers. So that could be huge against Jones if indeed it is true.

Jones is also accused of refusing to stop when ordered to by authorities and of kicking, head-butting and refusing to enter a police car. "
