Re: Steelers/Falcons Post-Game Thread

The Pittsburgh Steelers (http://www.facebook.com/steelers) via Facebook: Hines Ward has his 26th career 100 yard game, a team record.

The Pittsburgh Steelers (http://www.facebook.com/steelers) via Facebook: Hines Ward becomes first receiver in Steelers History to have over 11,000 yards.

This was posted from Stillers4me on the game thread. Hope you don't mind but thought it could use it's own thread. If I am wrong one of the mods can delete it.

Nadro 20 asked how good is he

I say so Great they named a rule after him, just like they did with the Mel Blount rule.

Sure beats having a whiney qb like peyton or tom on our team.

Congrats Hines Ward!!!

Hines Ward is the toughest SOB to ever play wide receiver in the NFL EVER.

Year in and year out, Hines just flat out plays and makes all the doubters look foolish. The "old man" can still play in this league.

His comebacks kept the drives alive long enough for Mendy to pull it out.

Oh I know the guy who put up the signs misspelled it. Judging by the way he spelled it he musta been a German. I don't think the Rooney's had the heart to tell him. LOL

Heinz comes out every season and still to this day puts me in awe on how great of a WR he really and still is in his early 30's! The best out there!

Love that one handed tip catch that he had. Classic Ward and way to help your QB out.

Obviously, we all have very fond memories of Swann and Stallworth, but I have NO problem saying ... Hines Ward is the GREATEST receiver in Steelers history. Period!!!
