Oops premature send!

Can a mod edit the title to say Ezekial Elliot filmed in Seattle "pot store" please?
Also can someone provide a link, I've got my notebook and can't copy and paste with this.

Anyway here's the story. Dallas first round pick Ezekial Elliot was filmed at a legal marijuana store in Seattle. They didn't film him making a purchase ( whether he did or didn't isn't really established) but as we know weed is illegal in the NFL so what will the league do about this?

If he's smart he can always say he just went in there as a curiosity, which very well could be true. But if this was James Harrison filmed in that store the league's drug testers would already be at his locker with cup at the ready. And let's not forget Elliot has a domestic assault allegation that's being investigated by the Columbus (Ohio) police.

It will be interesting to see if the league takes any sort of action on this. :coffee:

I'm confused, what CAN the NFL do? If he bought or not even isn't the issue if it's legal. The NFL can only act IF he tests positive for it.

I hate the crygurls but Goodhell will do nothing. If something does happen oh well. They voted for the CBA. No sympathy from me

Goodell apparently can do anything he wants under the bullshit guise of the "personal conduct policy." That's been well-established. But since it's one of Jerruh's boys, he more than likely won't do shit.

And IMO, this is a hell of a lot more incriminating than a story reported by a "news" outlet that sympathizes with radical Islamic terrorists which was later recanted by the source after he learned that said "news" outlet videotaped him without his knowledge. :coffee:

There are things a mature man will avoid to reduce a misinterpretation of his image. A kid will not anticipate or have the self-control to care.
