PITTSBURGH _ Troy Polamalu says his knee feels so good that it’s unlikely he’ll wear a brace on it Sunday when the Steelers play the Falcons.
Polamalu missed 11 games last year when he sprained his knee on two different occasions. Throughout the preseason, though, Polamalu hasn’t experienced any setbacks. Not once was he forced to miss a practice or preseason game due to any soreness or discomfort in his knee.
Although a brace could provide extra support for his knee, Polamalu said his movement was restricted when he tried one last year.............

I wonder if Head & Shoulders will insure his knee too

I almost wish he would...a Troy with a "restricted" knee is 100x better than no Troy at all.

Let's hope for the best.

He may not be "bracing" but I'm sure offensive coordinators are bracing for the nightmare he creates.

If he thinks he can do that then fine... Just as long as he stays healthy.

It makes me nervous but hopefully he will be ok and can stay healthy for the season.
