Report: Steelers to wear all-black jerseys vs. Colts

Not sure how accurate this is but it's a hellova lot better than the bumblebees.


Instead of black and gold, the Steelers will instead go black on black during their Thanksgiving Day game against the Colts.

On Friday, a report surfaced detailing the colors each NFL team will wear during their respective "color rush" games that began last season. In that report, it was revealed that the Steelers will wear all-black jerseys against the Colts, who will wear all-white jerseys on Thanksgiving Day.

I like those. Much better than most of the Color Rush uniforms.

Definitely wouldn't mind those. If we're going to be forced to do the color rush thing, at least it's the black uniform.

Even though I know that it's all part of the NFL's master plan to suck as much money out of the pockets of the average joe, I would be tempted to buy one of those jerseys. I can't lie.

If I'm reading that diagram correctly, the Eagles, Bucaneers, Bengals, and Raidahs will also be wearing all-black.

IMO...

The Eagles should be green.
The Bucaneers should be red (or pewter).
The Bengals should be orange.

The Raidahs wearing black makes sense, but silver would have looked sweet.

This exists for one reason and it's the same reason most things exist I suppose....Money.

Now all these fans will go out and buy these uniforms so they can say they have one. It's the same thing the NBA does with their Christmas Day jerseys and those sleeved jerseys alot of teams wear now. Money maker.
