I wonder if that's a healthy thing to do.

I wonder what average would be for a normal NFL player?

When James retires from the NFL what would you give to see him in the octagon for an MMA fight? I don't know if he has any MMA training, but damn if Deebo gets you in a bear hug, who the hell's getting out?

What are the odds that he is on steroids?

If the answer is "more than likely", what is so impressive?

There is a girl at my gym that does 225lb hip thrust. Pretty impressive really.

He was tested. So the odds are zero.

I don't get it. What he lifts is amazing for the average person, but it's not impossible to do without steroids. Also, Harrison is built for weightlifting. Shorts arms on a stocky body are very beneficial.

On top of weights, I would like to see Harrison do speed drills and increase his flexibility. Or perhaps he does those already.

Not only that, but proper nutrition and legal supplement intake will make help too.

Pro Football Focus, which is in the business of rating players and has as clients many NFL teams, ranked Harrison as the eighth-best 3-4 outside linebacker in the NFL last season. Among the Steelers, Moats was next at No. 24. Jones was 30. And of the 53 outside linebackers they ranked, Dupree was No. 53.

Not only that, but proper nutrition and legal supplement intake will make help too.THere are a fair amount of Legal supplements that enchance strength, endurance and help build muscle.

I'd like to know what James supplement regime is. I know he promotes a particular brand.... not sure which one at the moment. ??

I'm not sure if that says more about how impressive Harrison is for his age or how ineffective Jarvis Jones was in his 3rd season?

I suppose we can give DuPree a bit of a pass since he was a rookie last year, and he did come on and play better in the playoffs. But he needs to step up his game considerably this season.

As for Jarvis, it's now or never time for him. My guess is never, but would love to be proven wrong.
