Practice ended and the Steelers are healthy as they enter the season. Their only noticeable injury is to quarterback Byron Leftwich. Everyone else practiced today, even Hines Ward, who normally takes Wednesdays off.
One thing interesting that occurred at practice today was the reaction on two passes by rookie wide receiver Antonio Brown. He ran a slant-in and dropped the ball over the middle and then got wracked by Bryant McFadden. It appeared that Brown heard footsteps, but rookies sometimes do.................

Sounds to me like Brown was just trying to have a little fun.

Great to know the team is relatively healthy going into week 1. Injuries killed us last season and keeping these guys all at 100% is a huge advantage!

"Can’t tell you how many snaps Antwaan Randle El might have taken at quarterback, but I can tell you that".

Hummmmm,Interesting statement.Good to know we have all hands on deck for our opener.Hope it can stay that way.Maybe someone has a game plan to keep the defense from loading up 8 or more men in the box.Would that not be a switch?
