Remember this year’s Wild Card game? I know you do. It’s one that’ll stick in your mind for decades. Not just for how it ended, but the wild twists and turns during the game.
One of those was the player-coach incident between safety Reggie Nelson and Pittsburgh Steelers’offensive line coach Mike Munchak. A slight shoving match ensued with Munchak getting his hand caught in Nelson’s hair.
Here it is again in case you forgot it.

Munchak was fined $10,000 for the incident but the league pulled that punishment, according to Aaron Wilson.
Wilson and Munchak are at Special Olympics Fundraiser in Houston, Texas. Joey Porter also received a $10,000 fine for his involvement at the end of the game, but it is not known if his fine was taken back too. Especially after Vontaze Burfict noted Porter did not say anything negative to him.
Adam Jones, Wallace Gilberry, and Ramon Foster were all fined while Burfict was suspended for the first three games of 2016. All those players remain on their team with Jones and Foster re-signing. Nelson is currently a free agent and appears unlikely to return to Cincinnati.

Once again, the NFL demonstrates it is ruled by public perception. The national media and national fans (meaning non-Steelers and Bengals fans) won't even know this happened.

NFL got to look like it did something. Then it gets all the facts and realizes it over reacted. Surprise.

Goodell is a piece of shit.
