No way in Hell I'd pay him anywhere close to that kind of money.

I wouldn't have touched him at that price. I guess they really wanted to keep him for some reason

I just don't understand Ryan Grigson's choices in building that Colts team. It is no surprise to me that he and Pagano were (or still are) at odds. Grigson got lucky (no pun intended) getting Andrew Luck. That was a no brainer and the Colts just happened to have the first overall pick that year. He's failed to put in a foundation around Andrew Luck though. Luck is getting killed constantly in the pocket due to poor protection. It reminds of those years when Ben was constantly getting hammered in the pocket due to the Steelers fielding a poor Oline.

I do not follow the Colts that closely, but I can't think of any great picks Grigson has made in the last few years other than TY Hilton (I think he was a 3rd rounder).

The failed trading of a 1st round pick for Trent Richardson, the constant drafting of receivers with higher picks, Bojern Werner pick, signing Dwayne Allen to a deal paying him more than $7M per season (nice player...but $7M annually seems way too much), etc. I just don't get it, but I am glad he is not the Steelers GM.

Grigson is maybe the worst GM in the NFL.
