I see, Paul. How did your "coaching" of Burrfukk and the Grammy award winning Pacman Jones rank? :coffee:

Oh look, Bengals making even further asses of themselves. Seriously, grow up. Y'all blew it. Don't give me all that bullshit "but we worked sooo hard." Nobody cares. Every team works hard. You had a chance and blew it. It's that simple.

Better luck next year, Cincy.

Porter is reportedly set to receive a well-deserved fine for his actions on Saturday night...

Know who really deserves a fine? The damn officiating crew which allowed things to devolve into a shitshow in the EXACT same manner that they did back on December 13th. I said before the game was even played that they had no business calling this one after that fiasco.

What's more, exactly WTF was the NFL thinking in that regard? "Gee, that Steelers/Bengals game back in December was such a well-behaved affair, let's assign the same crew to call this game that's for even higher stakes!" Another brilliant move on their part as well. :coffee:

Not only that, but hey ....let's drive up ratings by having a playoff game between two division rivals who obviously hate each others guts, send the same incompetent officiating crew who couldn't handle the thuggery the last time, on Saturday night when the local yahoos can start tailgating and drinking at 10 am and see who can kill each other first, the players or the fans.

Brilliant. :coffee:

What exactly did Porter do? He went out on the field to check on an injured player, granted, I don't agree that he should have gone on the field, but what exactly did he do? Talk smack?

Gunther is a disgrace and an embarrassment that he let his players act the way they do...fat fuck.

Again please explain to me why this is turning into a BBUUTTT Joey Porter was on the field and the Shazier hit show? Why???? Two of the biggest punk ass bitches play for a team full of degenerates and we're worried about this???? And how is it anyone's fault but Pacmouth that he can't control his woman beating temper but his own? Why is he even allowed to play in the league? Blabbing his mouth all over to anyone who will listen calling Antonio a fake....WTF is that? How did this shit show caused by these criminals turn around to stupid shit like Joey Porter being on the field? They have bigger issues trying to control their mutants who can't control themselves which will eventually cause someone to be paralyzed, but let's not worry about important stuff like that...must get Joey Porter off the field!!!!! Now THAT'S important.

Here's a link to a complete breakdown of what happened during that incident:

https://www.reddit.com/r/nfl/comments/40b9dd/steelers_assistant_coach_joey_porter_will_be/cyswvn1

It sheds a lot of light on what really happened.

What started the whole thing was Burfict trying to grab AB when he was heading off the field and the trainer pushed his arm away, hitting Porter in the head.

Joey turned around, with his hands in his pockets, and started talking very calmly to Burfict and then Gilberry walks up from behind and slams into Joey's back, pushing him into the crowd of Bengal players, who all start jawing at Joey. Then Pacman flies in out of nowhere and tries to punch Joey. Joey was standing there with his hands in his pockets and a smile on his face the whole time.

Yea, that's certainly Joeys fault dumbass Guenther.

Leaving aside the tempest in a teapot about Porter being on the field (which is totally negated because Pacman tried to punch someone) and let's talk about coaching.

The Steelers linebacking corps, to a man, had a phenomenal game. Shazier was a one man wrecking crew. Harrison, Moats, and Jones all made impactful plays from the OLB position (the one Porter coaches) and Timmons was his usual All-Pro self.

Contrast that with the Cincy defense. Rey dropped a gimme INT. Nelson looked ready to play prior to his unfortunate injury. And Burfict (I know he is a dirty dipshit - but the man can play LB) had a great game until the end. Not to mention that your defense just let a gimpy armed QB dink and dunk his team down the field for about 50 yards in 90 seconds.

So. Paul. About those "coaching" comments...

Cincy is doing the unthinkable by trying to replay the game and losing it again in the media.

The ref was the same as before but the rest of the crew were different officials. Same outcome though, terrible game control.

I believe the Steelers were on offense, so the offensive coaches were talking next play while AB was being checked on. Porter, being a defensive coach, was available to go out on the field. Duh! Bengals fans just love talking nonsense. Like coach said, they have that luxury now to talk about last week. Our coaches are talking this week's game.

If you're faced with an asshole like Burfict, the way to deal with that is to send another asshole. Not that that's what Porter really is - but he can dish it out. If him talking shit led to them getting another penalty, then good; fuck those guys.
