Remember a discussion on another forum regarding the curse of the TERRIBLE TOWEL on opponents who degrade the towel. Is it any coincidence that LenDale sustained a season ending injury and Houshmandzadeh(spell check) got cut?:behindsofa:

I would love Denver to pick up Willie Parker just to put some salt into Len-hog-dale's early off season.

You know... I've always wondered about that. :scratchchin: As Myron once said: "I did not see the Terrible Towel as witchcraft to hex the enemy. It would be a positive force, driving the Steelers to superhuman performance, but if it experienced a yen for mischief and created fatal mistakes by opponents, I would tolerate that." Here's also a link about the "curse." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terrible_Curse

This is not coincidence. The curse is a powerful force to be reckoned with.

I was listing on sports radio last year Jeff Fisher was talking with Tony Dungy about what he had to do about the curse. He ended up sending a signed (by bull lick and lenwhale) Towel to the Allegheny Valley School in Coraopolis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coraopolis,_Pennsylvania), Pennsylvania. He also had one put behind glass and hung on a wall. Both bull lick and lenwhale said they didn't believe in the curse but did it to champion the cause of the school. I think Fisher on the other hand believes (at least now) and did his level best to remedy the situation. He was not a believer when it all started. Sorry I don't have a link on all of this but it was on the radio.

Word to opposing teams...If you see a Terrible Towel Twirling let it Twirl because if you take matter into your own hands it's your world you may see swirling right down the Drain.

Kearse is also out of a job. He's old but still

The curse is looming on you bulluck. Even if you already got a torn ACL and got cut from your lifelong team

I'm too lazy to look it up right now, but I'm pretty sure the Bengals didn't make the playoffs again after TJ disrespected the towel. Then the first year after he left, they made the playoffs.

What did Kearse ever do to disrespect the towel?

Titty fans were all shits and giggles that December day.

I take it that they definitely aren't so shits and giggles anymore, now that ever since that fateful game the Titans' fortunes took a nosedive.
