In a strange story coming out of the Pittsburgh Steelers (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/teams/pittsburgh-steelers) vs. Oakland Raiders (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/teams/oakland-raiders) Week 9 game, Allegheny County Sheriff office is investigating Raiders LB Ray-Ray Armstrong (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/195629/ray-ray-armstrong) for reportedly taunting a K-9 officer prior to the game at Heinz Field. According to Pennsylvania state law, threatening a K-9 officer is considered a third-degree felony, but no charges have been filed as of Tuesday evening.

Per ESPN.com (http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/14100069/ray-ray-armstrong-oakland-raiders-investigated-allegedly-taunting-k-9), "the Raiders player barked at the dog, lifted his shirt and pounded his chest between exiting the locker room and entering the field area for warm-ups, according to Chief Deputy Kevin Kraus. Kraus said the player also told the deputy holding the K-9 to 'send the dog.'"

"The dog was going crazy," Kraus said. "The deputy was trying to control the dog the best she could."............

Lol. I hope he gets arrested. He sucks. It would be an easy way to be rid of him. Another Reggie McKenzie gem.

What an ass. If the officer lost control of the dog, he would have been suing everyone because he was attacked by a police dog.

I hate when people bark at my pitbull when I take her for walks. She doesn't react, but if she ever did and I lost hold of her leash I would be held liable and she would likely get put down.

Don't ever provoke a dog of any type. It's just not a smart thing to do.

I hope they arrest this jackass and toss him in a cell with Bubba.

He should've asked Vick to come over. I've heard Vick knows how to handle dogs :chuckle:.

Maybe the dog went nuts because it smelled something unusual on Ray Ray. Should have strip searched the guy right there.

Really? I mean, it's easy to say "what a jackass" - but barking at a dog is a felony?

Repeat that once so it can sink in: Barking at a dog is a felony.

That may literally be the stupidest thing I have ever heard of.

Only assholes taunt/mistreat dogs. The deputy should have turned the dog loose on him.
