The Steelers final cuts, I’m told, will not come until closer to the deadline of 6 p.m. today.

Perhaps they need all that time to try to find a taker for Justin Hartwig in a trade. I predict he will be released because no one will want to assume his $2 million salary plus give up a draft choice. They can negotiate with him once he’s released without giving up a draft choice..............

Most fans probably have someone on the bubble they're pulling for. Personally I am pulling for Bailey. I like his character and attitude and would love to see him make the roster....

I like his special teams efforts. We can't begin to speculate what they will do,well we can,but they always seem to throw in a surprise for us to enjoy,just to give everyone something else to go off on. I am kind of thinking we are waiting to see who we might be able to scarf up that may be able to lend us a hand. I really would not be surprised if we picked up another Qb.If they do,the one it could be would probably surprise me though. We could be trying to protect a player also by being able to get them on the practice squad. Hoping other teams bite really quick on those that become available right away. Who knows for sure?
