I need some photo shop help!

Just got back from the vet with my dog Ruby at petsmart. Getting some shots so I got her a costume to cheer her up. I know i wanted to ask her first because i know quite a few of your are talented artist . I can tell by looking at everyones signature .

So i wanted to make a cool Halloween pic. With Ruby dressed as batman looking down at gotham city.
