One never played football in college. The other was a unanimous All-American.


One was undrafted, the other taken in the first round.


One has spent his entire career on the West Coast, the other 11 years and counting in the Eastern time zone.


But Antonio Gates and Heath Miller share more than just being two of the NFL's best tight ends.


Each speaks softly yet carries a big (first-down) stick...............

I still think Heath is the best all around TE he does everything. I know I'm a little bias and. plus for about five years Heath was used more to block so Ben would not be in the hospital.
