Are all of the punters and kickers for the Steelers fragile?

Jacksonville might need a kicker after their rookie's performance. They should have traded Scooby back lol

I remember when kickers were a dime a dozen and it wasn't that long ago. This is the year in which lots of kickers are missing. I still say after the Deflategate and changing the extra point that the NFL did something to the ball or is preventing the teams from doing something to the balls.

That would be awesome if Jacksonville signed him back...then we could read the conspiracy theories about how it was all planned...

If he's "injured" and that's why he played so poorly he has a chance to sign somewhere if he can convince someone he's healthy.

Jacksonville knew this guy was done. They got us good.

This was my thinking as well. Now that the balls are regulated, strange stuff is happening.

Goofdell wants to discourage kicking/ He secretly arranged for the manufacturers to change the ball so now you want the laces in. Teams just haven't caught on yet.

If he were injured, would there not be some sort of injury settlement?

If he was injured it should have been reported. Now he can cause some interference for the team by making that statement.

he is a vested veteran that was on the roster week 1 making his contract guaranteed so I think that null and voids an injury settlement ( I might be wrong ) but that is how I understand it

Only if he brought a note from his gynecologist.

I never thought of that; there is no question kicking has gotten a lot worse this season. Less manipulating of the balls could be why. It seems every game I watch has an unexpected missed FG.
