Sue, we have Landry Jones. He played in all of our pre season games. He knows this offense. The FO didn't cut him, so he must know what he is doing. He was drafted as Ben's future replacement project, well the project timetable has just moved up.

At least that is what I am comforting myself with.

The guys on the list all suck ass, but none as dirty of one as Jones. I'd take any one of them except MAYBE Thigpen, he of the one career win.

They will have to pick someone up. Vick has gotten pretty fragile from all the pounding over the years. Tebow is the only one with any toughness on the above list. Maybe they go with Murphy?

I would think with Jones' history of sucking, it should be the end of the road for Jones. I cannot believe they would even consider putting him in a real game. But once Vick gets through his usual 2 games without picking up an injury, that's exactly what happens. Hopefully the thought of that makes them get a real backup QB and drop Jones on the garbage heap, and Colbert just has to be resigned to the fact that pictures of him cheating on his wife are going to come out, or whatever blackmail Jones has on him.

They won't dump Jones...he sucks on field, but he must have a mental grasp of the offense...right now, he's playing the role of Charlie Batch...if they brought a 4th QB in, Jones would most likely be his tutor.

I still say Jones has pic's of someone in the FO having sex with animals. Why the hell else would he be hanging around in the NFL ? Good ? Did you watch him in any preseason games ? That's supposed to be his showtime !
