The Rocky Bleier story has been told at Heinz Hall once before, but never like this.
In 1980, the made-for-TV movie “Fighting Back,” starring Robert Urich, had its world premiere there, with the Steelers’ running back part of the crowd. This time he will tell his own story.
On Sept. 15, in the aptly named “The Play: With Rocky Bleier,” Robert Patrick “Rocky” Bleier has his say, with an assist from playwright and Post-Gazette sports columnist Gene Collier...............
