Good article...though I think there could be an argument made that the Packers/Bears Rivalry is the best in football.

The Bears/Packers rivalry is completely dominated by the Packers since 25 years...The Ravens/Steelers rivalry is the most close rivalry in the NFL for a while...

Not so sure about that, you talking fans or players? Teams used to be a few years ago, when the league was more physical and the teams were full of hitters, not now. The core players from that time are all gone, the hatred isn't there anymore, more like mutual respect.

and of course, the Steelers are a finesse passing team now, and their defense scares no one.

Packers and Bears fans share a ton of animosity, but I don't think that is true for the players in both franchises. Ravens-Steelers? I think there has been some genuine animosity there over the years. A begrudging respect as well. It's been a real treat to watch over the years. Even in games the Ravens lost. Who can forget when Polomalu leaped over the Ravens O line and sacked Flacco? Or Scott's leveling sack of Ben?

You want to learn how a defense should hit? Watch a Baltimore-Pittsburgh game. Or, then again, maybe not. The way we're headed, there'd be a 15 yard PF penalty on every play.

Miami - Jets used to have fights in the stands every game, but since neither has been competitive the rivalry has dissipated.
