I'm good with those. I hate to side track the thread but with Golden as special teams captain, it brings up a thought that with him, Ventrone and Nix, the special teams should be vastly improved...my worries still lie within Danny Smith.

I'm surprised they didn't name Lawrence Timmons defense captain, but Cam Heyward is a solid choice.
