Mike Munchak doesn't need to hear it from one of his offensive linemen. He faces them during drills. Their position coach goes straight for the organ that always fails an offensive lineman who has failed an assignment.
“I get to see their eyes after every play,” Munchak said. “With one look, I can tell if they know whether or not they missed something, and I can correct most of the guys with one line or one word or a head nod.”
Or, in the case of Steelers right guard David DeCastro, by doing nothing at all.
“He usually knows before I can correct him,” Munchak said. “For him, by the time I'm looking, he's already giving me a look with his eyes that says, ‘Yeah, I know.' ”
DeCastro definitely has a look about him. He looks like the next great Steeler.........
