I think the suspension will be reduced to 1 game, so I think Bell will return against the Rams in week 3

Of course, DUI pretty much guarantees possession at some point, so I'd think that is a bit of over kill, I'd think he gets a game dropped, which means he gets the now-mandated 2 game suspension for DUI.
