Bills OL coach Aaron Kromer arrested, charged with battery

Buffalo Bills (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/teams/buffalo-bills) offensive line coach Aaron Kromer was arrested Saturday night and charged with battery with intent to cause bodily harm, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network (https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/620221453326262272). There is little information on what happened at this stage, but Rapoport did tweet out (https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/620224449871261696) Kromer's arrest sheet from the Walton County Jail in Florida.

The Walton County sheriff said (https://twitter.com/RapSheet/status/620233726950305793) that Kromer was involved in a "physical altercation" with his neighbor's son........

Buffalo Bills Offensive Coach Arrested by WCSO

On Saturday night deputies with the Walton County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Winston lane at Inlet Beach in Walton County, Fla in reference to a battery.

When they arrived deputies spoke to the caller and learned three boys had been fishing on the beach when the suspect, later identified as Buffalo Bills Offensive Line Coach Aaron Kromer, and the suspect’s son confronted them over the use of beach chairs left by a beach access.

Victim’s told deputies Kromer grabbed their fishing pole and threw the pole into the water and then pushed one of the boys to the ground and punched him in the face. It was stated Kromer then told the boys to return the chairs to where they found them.

The victim stated Kromer also told him if he reported him to the police he would kill his family.

Kromer was subsequently arrested early Sunday morning on a misdemeanor battery charge and transported and booked into the Walton County Jail. He has since been released on bond.

WCSO is continuing to investigate and additional charges may be filed. WCSO executive staff will be reviewing this case first thing Monday morning when the redacted arrest report will be made available. Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

The police report wouldn't be calling them "boys" if they weren't minors and that's all that matters.

Not necessarily...you have 18-19 year old "boys"...who at times can be assholes. If it were those type of boys and they were mouthing off, threatening him and his son...well...

And what about the part where he threatened to kill the boys whole family if he went to the police? Even if the boy isn't a minor, it's still assault and battery and a death threat.

A minor could be a 16-17 year old that was threatening Kromer and his son. Again, I think there's a lot more to this story and I'll wait to hear the rest of it before I pass judgement on Kromer.

We don't know if the "minor" threw something at Kromer, threatened Kromer and his son, told Kromer he had a weapon, maybe it was darker outside? We don't know...

Kromers son is allegedly being brought up on charges now as well. He allegedly choked one of the kids.
