The "disrespect" is being manufactured. Who is disrespecting him? He will sell himself on it, sure, because James is motivated by pure anger. It is his fuel.

Just because the team feels that they shouldn't count on a 37-year-old to play every snap....that's just being realistic, not disrespectful. I would rather have 25 snaps from a un-tired #92 than every snap with a worn out OLB. If Dupree and/or Jones is worth their salt, we shouldn't need him every snap. Moats isn't bad either.
