Look at Fox's past 2 preseasons 08, 09, led the team in tackles and never cracked the starting lineup or saw game time. Then they bring back Foote . Draft 2 OLB before Sylvester. 1 year on the practice squad doesnt seem too bad for him. If they wanted to draft ILB to make the team they would have went Angerer or Spikes
