I wonder what happened to him?Usually when you see reports like this on a young, healthy person it's suicide. I sure hope this is not the case here.

I hope that's not the case. The man had his whole life ahead of him.

A GoFundMe has been created for his 1 year old daughter: http://www.gofundme.com/averymarie

It looks to be legit, posted by his agent I believe. I asked Neal Coolong over Twitter if it's legit, awaiting response.

That or a car crash. But if it was anything like that, there'd probably be a public report in the news. So I'd say suicide or some kind of unknown medical problem. I guess that type of report could also mean an overdose, but that's more of a musician/actor thing than a pro athlete thing.

In all honesty, it doesn't really matter how he died; the result is the same and it's just sad.

Fuck. 25 is so young.

All of you who are 25 or younger, you have no idea how young that truly is.

Usually when you see reports like this on a young, healthy person it's suicide. I sure hope this is not the case here.Dammit. Just had that feeling. Young man in his prime ends his life for no "apparent" outside reason. Suicide.

My wife was recently the Executive Director of a local Tri-County Suicide Prevention Coalition. Through her and her experiences I've learned a lot on this subject. Obviously, not pleasant.

In reality, the numbers of suicides are MUCH higher than the General Public realizes. There are several factors for this. Number one being the surviving family members DO NOT want their loved one's death reported as a Suicide. So the coroner, WILL in most cases WITHHOLD this information. Number two, the Coroner WILL NOT report the cause of death as a Suicide (for reasons stated above and other reasons).

Look, Mental health issues are NO JOKE. This just happens to be Mental Health Awareness month.

I and most likely you too, KNOW someone personally who has completed suicide. Three of co-workers of mine have completed suicide over the years. Each a very, very tragic case in it's own. All leaving vast devastation for their families and friends behind. Each one of their suicides was completely preventable if the had sought out help!

If you or someone you know is suffering from Depression, Anxiety or any other Mental health condition, DO NOT HESITATE to seek help! There is an abundance of help out there! Reach out ! There are people out there that do give a shit about you and care about you!

What an idiot. Now his daughter has no father.NO, he was NOT an idiot. He was a human being just like YOU and ME that was suffering horribly inside ! He obviously made a very poor choice that had a PERMANENT solution.

Let's END THE STIGMA OF MENTAL HEALTH ALREADY !

Please SEEK TO UNDERSTAND and NOT JUDGE ANOTHER. You would want the same treatment from others as well.

What would you think of a Teacher that bullied the shit out of a student so bad that that child completed suicide ???

I HAPPENED !

I would like nothing more to beat the living, F***ING SHIT out of this man, but I'm not allowed to. The Public doesn't know either. Nothing pisses me off more than this !

My thoughts are with the family of Adrian Robinson during this difficult time. Very sad that he passed away at such a young age.

Spot on. I have lurked but never posted in here but this post made me. It's easy to sit back and say, "What an idiot" but we have no idea what was tormenting him. It's not like most people who commit suicide do it on a whim and without thinking. They are usually very tortured souls suffering from mental illness. That doesn't make them "an idiot." Sick, maybe, but not an idiot.

Absolutely. Never judge another person until you've walked a mile in their shoes, I always say.

http://www.suicide.org/may-is-mental-health-awareness-month.htmlYou know, this topic has weighing on my mind.

I thought back, and it is actually (4) of my fellow co-workers that completed suicide over the years. It's important to note that (3) of my fellow co-workers were ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY at the time of their deaths.

I'll tell you about one of them. MSgt. Kelly Vernon. Kelly was one of the most soft spoken, mild mannered human being I have ever met. He was a Medical Laboratory Technician like myself. Some Lab Techs that have more Advanced Degrees get the opportunity to cross train within our career field to Cytology and/or Histology Technicians.

Histology Technicians are the folks with the strong stomachs that help Pathologist during autopsies.

Guess what Histology Technicians do during wartime and they get deployed to do their "War-Time" Histology job. Right, the are the souls that get to deal with our war dead and their pieces parts. Kelly got deployed stateside to Dover AFB. As you may know from the media, Dover AFB is where all those flag drapped caskets arrived first when they come back home.

This job got "in" Kelly's head and suffered severe PTSD as a result. Kelly actually reached out to the VA and was faced with the massive backlog in the VA's Mental Health system. (2) Days..... TWO DAYS AFTER Kelly completed Suicide, his wife received a letter from the VA finally accepting him into the VA Mental Health system from treatment for his severe PTSD. TWO DAYS TO LATE !

As a current VA employee myself, I can tell you this is DIRECT result of our Congress NOT funding the VA appropriately and totally failing to take proper care of our Veterans! My own shop has this SAME issue! As a Veteran and a current VA employee myself AND losing a friend as a result of the above, I am beyond outraged on this matter.

Please Contact your Congressional Representatives and demand they support our Veterans that survived (physically) our nation's wars ! Those that do NOT support the VA and our Veterans, please do NOT simply say "Thank you for your service." I and my fellow Vets consider this disingenuous and an insult.

Memorial Day is NOT National Grill Out Day. Look inside yourself and do something meaningful on this holiday. Educate your children about Veterans is a good place to start.

Thank you.

Don;t forget to spread the message about Mental Health issues and END the stigma (ignorance) for good.
