Actually I remember that from a Steelers book that I read right before we went to Gettyburg on vacation....It was one of the "tidbits" of trivia that I gave my son while we were there. (We were on the east side of town in a Walmart...I'm sure cold-hard-steel know exactly where I am talking about)

A Steeler "great" also went to my high school ... Anthony Smith. :heh:
Wait, was I supposed to put that in the form of a trivia question?

Yep,sure do . Used to be a big ole field back in the days, before there was any wal-marts, wendy's , burgerkings, there always was a DQ though. When were you up here on your vacation, and did ya have fun?

Had a blast....My whole family is a bunch of history nuts. It was cool to stand on the field and watch exactly where things happned.

We were standing on little round top...exactly where the 20th Maine Volunteer Infantry Regiment stood....VERY COOL!!!
