Dallas Cowboys Top Forbes Magazine List as NFL Team Values Have First Drop
The National Football League’s 32 teams fell in value by a combined 2 percent last season, the first decline since Forbes (http://www.forbes.com/lists/2010/30/football-valuations-10_NFL-Team-Valuations_Rank.html) began its survey 12 years ago.
The value of 21 teams fell because of lower revenue from sources other than broadcasting due to the worst recession since the 1930s, Forbes said. The average franchise is now worth $1.02 billion, the survey found.

I understand Pittsburgh isn't a major market but doesn't having the most SB wins and probably the largest fan base mean anything.. Huh..
Are we not buying enough Steelers gear and going to enjoy games. If anything we give a lot of valuable to most teams when the Steelers play away games because we fill up their house..
