James Harrison's Instagram feed is filled with the linebacker completing all sorts of amazing feats of strength, and his latest post may be the craziest of them all.

Harrison, along with fellow Steelers Ryan Shazier, Vince Williams and Robert Golden, are enjoying a fun game of beach volleyball, except instead of the traditional equipment, they are tossing a Medicine ball back and forth.

Harrison calls the unconventional workout game "Danney Ball," but he is also still in the gym for more common workout routines, even if they have a little more weight than most people are used to lifting.

I'm worried about his back...lol.

It looks like fun, but I wouldn't try it with my back problem.

That's actually a good point. There's been a few of posted lately of these guys training together with Jones seemingly absent in them. Makes you wonder...

When did he ever start? If you are referring to Jones.

If you are referring to Harrison then you know he is hitting the weights.

That's funny. I was gonna rag on Jarvis, too, but you guys took care of it. That's some nasty volleyball, right there. I'm trying to imagine whether or not I could even get the damn thing over the net once.
