good place him in the box where he can be covered up some ( bad tackler ) and not as much of a liability in the deep passing game ... leave that Job to Alden Darby , Shamarko , Golden ( or insert draft pick here )

He played some strong safety in Oakland. Then, at least he is listed, FS for a year in Carolina.

Remember Mitchell is the guy the Raiders drafted in the 3rd round and then Kiper killed them for it. Of course, that is assuming that Kiper knows his ass from his elbow.

Had a totally ordinary career except for one good year in Carolina.

I remember him always trying to lay the wood instead of wrapping up and making the tackle. Does he still do that?

yes and often times misses his mark
