Oh. No. But Bouchette said the Steelers didn't make any offers to free agents.

It is almost like Bouchette is lazy and bad at his job...but that can't be :)

Not earth shaking, but a solid move nonetheless. Good to have Moats back.

Heard it was a 3-year deal. Good move to keep him as a spot-starter and capable depth in a terrifyingly thin OLB corps.

One step of many, I hope.

I consider that very reasonable for a guy who showed he can make plays when he gets on the field

Now sign Harrison for the ROLB spot. Then draft a promising OLB. One who can create sacks on his own rather than a result of the system.

Also, how does this affect the offer to Harrison?

Awww, I'm happy for him... and for us. :tt02:

Good move, and at a reasonable price too. Looking forward to see what he can do this year. For better or worse, looks like our OLB corps will be Moats, Jones and hopefully Harrison, which for long-term planning would give us the luxury of bringing in a mid-round prospect and seeing if he can make a go of it.

I like it. Did a good job when he was given the chance, wants to be here and didn't cost a fortune
