If he'd had a couple hundred more rushing yards, he could've been in serious consideration for MVP, or at least OPOY. He has more total yards than Adrian Peterson when he won MVP a couple of years ago, although it seems like they probably won't give it to a RB these days unless he has 1,700-1,800 yards on the ground. The high 1,500s with as many receiving yards as he has would be tough to argue with, though.

I will take the 2,000 all purpose yards every season. If he can avoid bad hits then he has all the tools to set RB records which hopefully translate into another SB soon. We literally have the best RB & WR in the NFL.
