Definitely surprising to me. I wonder if Peyton will stick around for another season if Fox isn't there?

Grade B douche' bag right behind the Harbaugh brothers. There was talk yesterday on tv and on the radio today. The Broncos need to draft a QB too.

This is a surprise. Won the division 4 years in a row, went to the SB last year. Talk about harsh.

He could but he's got a lot of suitors. Falcons, Bears, 49ers, and Bills are going to interview him for OC or HC gigs and its only been a day. Talk about jumping on oppotunty. Some of those sound like better options than Denver now that Fox is gone, Peyton might be gone irregardless of Gase being there (and obviously even more likely gone if he isnt). And Jack Del Rio is about to interview for a 2nd time with the raiders.

Its going to be funny watching people jump off the broncos band wagon like flies

That's why I hate the "sign the aging QB" to "win now" philosophy. Now the whole thing is getting blown up and they don't even have a good draft pick coming up..

That ship is sinking fast. I wouldn't be surprised if everyone left.

I heard that there was friction between Elway and Fox and that this isn't a surprise internally

So, who wins the AFC West in 2015, Chargers or Chiefs?

You know Denver, Josh McDaniels is available

This is a surprise. Won the division 4 years in a row, went to the SB last year. Talk about harsh.

You should be familar with this. Sometimes people just get sick and tired of lackluster postseasons.

See: Dan Bylsma. Fired despite being the most successful regular season Pens coach in history, but the underachieving playoff performances quickly soured him. The playoff disappointments (Two blown 3-1 series leads 2014 vs Rangers, 2011 vs Lightning) and total flameouts (2013 vs. Bruins) were just too much to bear. Losing to the Rangers was the last straw. I, like many, was beyond sick of Disco Dan by this point and I wasn't sorry to see him go.

Coming off a (very bad) Super Bowl loss, Manning returning, and signing all kinds of free agents like Talib and Ware in the offseason, it was Super Bowl or bust for the Broncos. Denver gambled and threw all their chips into 2014, and they got snake eyes.

Time to blow it up.

You can pretty much write off Denver for the next few years or so.

2012 spectacular flameout vs the Flyers too. But yes, absolutely the situations are identical.
