I heard this morning that the Flu that is going around is maybe the worst the Country has ever seen. Apparently it has killed like 10 or so children. Now obviously Ben is not a Child. But this strain is one that can effect even the biggest and strongest of people. If Ben has any semblance of this Flu strain...I wish him well really soon.

Ben needs to gargle with warm salt water, drink lots of fluids like tea with honey, juice, water and homemade chicken soup, take some Aleve, and suck on a few menthol or eucalyptus cough drops.
