At least we get to see more of Mundy Allen and Butler

Why is he even flying out and going to the game? I think we had this same conversation last time.

Oh well, I guess he'll survive again - yeah, time for Will Allen and Mundy to show what they got.

Isn't this like the 3rd straight time we've gone to Denver? Are they too scared of Clark to come to our house and face him? How bout some equal time here? Hehe.

I was fine with it last year during the regular season. After what happened to him a few years ago in Denver how can anyone blame him.

LOL, yeah, we did.

If I remember right, the answer is that his sickle cell issues will only kick up if he is really exerting himself.

Good. I was wondering about that. Remember last year he went, didn't play, but they made him do some exertion to test him out and they said he was fine. There's just no sense in risking him for a preseason game. He never has to play in Denver as far as I'm concerned.

Heck, I don't care if it is the AFCCG or the SB. Life is more important than a job or a sport. He should NEVER play in Denver again, IMO.

Life first. Game second.

You can play in a thousand games, but you only have ONE life to play them in.

Good. No need to risk anything for a preseason game, and actually no need to risk it even if it were a regular season or even post-season game. Life is more important then football.

Even if he wasn't my favorite player I wouldn't want him to play. I'll just have to wait a week to watch him knock the crap out of someone.

Young guys need reps, and Clark doesnt need to prove anything to anyone... stay home Ryan and smash some faces in the regular season !

By Ed Bouchette, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Steelers safety Ryan Clark will not play in Sunday night's game in Denver for preventative health reasons, he confirmed to the Post-Gazette today.

Clark, who lost his spleen and gallbladder after playing in the high altitude in Denver in 2007, was held out of the Steelers game there last season, a Monday night game on Nov. 9. As he did last season, Clark will make the trip to Denver and be with his teammates on the sideline.

i think the real topic of discussion here is, Who gets the start?

Lewis, Allen, Mundy? Someone else maybe? This should be interesting...

Probable allen, but I hope we see a lot of Butler Lewis and Mundy

though Lewis would be better off concentrating on CB
