Interesting story ... for all that people have to say about the guy on and off the field, there at least is some indication that he's legitimately turned his life around.

While I don't think he should ever be able to own any animals again, he did his time and I really wish him no ill will. Glad to hear he is handling his affairs in a responsible way.

Well, it took several years, hence "finally," and it wasn't clear whether that last transaction they're talking about in the article will actually get him all the way out of debt or just close. So rather than "finally out of debt" and someone says that's technically not true, I put "almost." Damned if you do, damned if you don't, I guess.
