No, he'll get banned for life and then go to an independent arbitrator and we'll find out the FEDex package containing Bell's videotape evidence got lost in the basement and was signed for by this guy:

Steelers RB Bell accepts plea deal in DUI, pot case

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell has accepted a plea deal ahead of Wednesday’s court date for DUI and marijuana possession charges.

Channel 11 News has learned that Bell will enter a program for first-time offenders and he’ll be on probation for 15 months.

Bell was pulled over on McKnight Road in August with former Steeler LeGarrette Blount.

If Bell completes all that’s required of him, the charges against him will be dismissed.

Steelers RB could enter first-time offenders program

Steelers running back Le'Veon Bell will enter a first-time offender program, pending a judge's approval, to earn a dismissal and expungement of marijuana-related charges filed against him, his attorney said Wednesday.

Bell, 22, would spend 15 months of probation, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, attend two six-hour highway safety sessions, participate in drunken drivers group therapy and pay court costs, attorney Robert Del Greco said. His driver's license also would be suspended for 60 days as part of the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program, or ARD, for nonviolent, first-time offenders. Del Greco described the conditions as the “standard offer” from prosecutors in cases such as Bell's.

“ARD is an attractive alternative to trial for first-time offenders because … it allows the individual to earn a dismissal and expungement of the record,” Del Greco said.
