Watching NFL Gamecenter, doesn't look like we're getting any help today. Thankfully they pulled that game out against the Titans and still control their own destiny.

Doesn't look like we're going to be getting any help from anyone else today. It's simple. Win 4 out of your 5 remaining games and it wont matter what the rest of the division does.

I'll wager at least one 10-6 AFC team will miss the playoffs this year.

I'll wager at least one 10-6 AFC team will miss the playoffs this year.

If that happens, expect the calls for expanded playoffs to get louder.

The day is not over.

Fingers crossed...

Oh well looks like we got to win pretty much all of the games we got left. This is what we get for missing our 3 foot putts against the Bucs and Jets.

FU Falcons defense, I hope you guys lose the rest of your games. We have to take care of our own business, asking other teams to help out the Steelers, you might as well ask these players to pull out all of their own teeth.

Still hoping the Saints drop the Ravens to 6-5 tomorrow night.

Especially the one against us.

Falcon's are worse clock managers than the Steelers!

Juicy Fruit.

I hope Sean Payton steps "accidentally" on the sideline and knocks Jacoby Jones on his ass. :heh:

Exactly, how many times do you have to get hit in the head with a 2x4 and it still doesn't sink in?

Don't bet on it. I bet they save themselves for the Steelers next week

Doubtful. With Atlanta falling to 4-7, the Saints can take sole possession of 1st place in the NFC South if they beat the Ravens. They're still playing for something too.

Especially the Bucs - we had the lead up until 7 seconds left in the game. At Heinz, no less.

Lost to the Dolphins at home in the snow. No excuse for that either.

Last season is dead and buried to me. At 8-3, we'd be playing for a possible 1st round bye right now.

The game does mean more to Baltimore since they fall to last place with a loss, over a game out of 1st, behind the 8 ball in terms of playoff position, and with a 2-3 division record. Compare that to New Orleans who can do no worse than a half a game behind 1st with a game against Atlanta coming up. Plus, under John Harbaugh, the Ravens always seem to win a game they should lose. The game being in New Orleans in prime time (where they usually are even more dominant) makes me feel better but still

Watching the Broncos implode with a bad kicker and bad defense. Meanwhile I am about to puke up dinner from listening to Phil Simms and Jim Nancy Boy announce it for Denver. I never liked the Broncos.

We can never, ever catch a break it seems. Oh well, we'll just have to take care of business on our own. :crossed:

No surprise, Steelers fail to get help from other teams. Of course now the Saints come into Pittsburgh on a 3-game losing streak which spells imminent trouble. Does anyone else notice that other teams play poorly the week before a Steelers game or is it just me?
