I'd recognize that style anywhere! The only difference is he ran a little more gracefully back then! :lol:

Starting SS and PG also. Pretty amazing all-around athlete. Typical HS football with the coach starting his son at QB over Ben. That likely cost Ben the chance at a scholarship at a top college. Luckily it worked out for him in the end.

Doesn't get to start until his senior season, still gets drafted 11th overall and wins 2 Super Bowls. I'll take it.

^^^That was high school, not college- but I can see how one could make that error.

My understanding is that at one point in high school, he was actually a better basketball player than he was a football player.

He's just a game manager anyways....should have played tight end to be the next Tony Gonzales or Antonio Gates or Jimmy Graham.....:chuckle:
