There is more to what helped turn the Steelers around lately than Ben Roethlisberger’s assembly line of touchdown passes.

Even Roethlisberger will point to another reason for the turnaround — the turnover. The Steelers have rediscovered that tactic after it languished in recent years, including the early part of this season.

Through the first four games, the Steelers forced three turnovers — two fumbles, one interception. Over the past five games, they have 10. Those include interception returns for touchdowns by Brice McCain and William Gay. Two quick turnovers Sunday night helped erase a 7-0 Baltimore lead by setting up the ball on a tee for their offense to score two touchdowns.

The turnover is back in the Steelers repertoire. The next question is why?.........

100% agree....7 turnovers in the last 3 games....This is huge!

Turns out that Stone Hands Ike Taylor is good in coverage, but not great because he can't intercept the ball. turnovers are what can turn around a game or seal a victory. Will be interesting to watch Allen start where there is no wide roaming safety. It will force a tighter zone defense. That is something Vick will probably not overcome, but give Brady enough time he can pick it apart.
