The red-hot Pittsburgh Steelers will roll into MetLife Stadium Sunday to take on the 1-8 New York Jets. Pittsburgh is riding a three-game winning streak and they have forced their way back into playoff contention at 6-3.
Aside from having a horrible season defined by sloppy play and questionable front office decisions, Gang Green may feel like they’re playing on the road in their own stadium this weekened. Over 20% of tickets purchased thus far are from the state of Pennsylvania, and it’s already known Steelers fans come out in droves for road games.

Disaster looms for a wayward organization with disgruntled paying customers more likely to slash prices to sell off tickets than witness the impending carnage in person. This has the makings of an ugly moment for (Woody) Johnson’s star-crossed franchise that has hit rock bottom with a 1-8 start.
“There’s going to be 40,000 Terrible Towels in his building,” said WFAN host and lifelong Jets fan Joe Benigno. “The Jets are going to be like the road team. That should embarrass Woody Johnson… If anything’s going to embarrass him, you would think that would be it.”............
