The following numbers are based on the individual cap values of players in the Spotrac system. Our numbers do not reflect the actual real-time cap numbers provided through the NFLPA, rather an estimation based on the team's current contracts

Save that money for Ben !!

Yeah, I'm taking that figure with a grain of salt too.

Where in the hell do they get those numbers? Last time I checked, we had like $4 million in cap space before the start of training camp, and then used $10 or $15 million by signing like 20 new players and 3 or 4 big contract extensions. I'm still amazed we're not over the cap right now, and am wondering quite often if the league somehow thought we were the Patriots and gave us their salary cap exemption by mistake.

Actually, we're almost five million under the cap at this point. We're at $128,379,422.00 right now, which is $5,248,028.00 under the cap. . . as of 8:39:17 PM today. Instead of all this guessing, it's easiest to just go to https://nflplayers.com/reports/RunPublicReport.aspx?report=top51 and check it out.
