Man charged for urinating on Modell's grave

Baltimore County authorities say they will charge a man with disorderly conduct in a cemetery for allegedly urinating on the gravesite of former Baltimore Ravens owner Art Modell.

The man, who has so far been identified only as a Cleveland Browns fan, could face up to two years in jail and a $500 fine. He posted a video of the incident to YouTube this month........

Yeah, the act itself is of debatable moral character, but I'd tend to allow it as free speech. Posting videos of yourself doing it on the Internet, you at least need to be beaten up for.

I don't know. I can see where Modell was coming from. He had the worst stadium in the league. They just built the Indians a new stadium and found money to put in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Yet they had nothing for Modell and the Browns. Lo and behold he moves the Browns out of town and everything he asked for plus was given to a new expansion team. I don't think Art wanted to move. But when he called their bluff they told him fuck off. So he did. along with the team.
