It was a Friday night workout in our clinic and Shamarko took a moment to talk to his brothers about his hardwork and dedication.

Shamarko has been preparing for his 2014 with the help of Revolution Phyiscal Therapy and Dr. Lyneil Mitchell.

Shamarko is a beast.

Hope it carries over onto the field.

Imagine if everyone had his mindset...where we would be both as a society and a country. Even if he never turns out to be a star, no one can ever say Shark didn't give it everything he's got. I'm really rooting for him.

It's more about the message than the workouts, peeps. That is the kind of message that should be sent to every kid in America. Think about real life first...football second.

He is no fraud and is not looking to suck off the system. Unfortunately, the people that think like him in our society are very much in the minority. Too many people with no incentive to produce because the US government has become their daddy.

I think about it like this:

A. Brown was a sixth rounder that worked and continues to work his ass off and has become an elite receiver in this league. It's not a given, and everyone's situation is different, but if you work hard and fight for what you want in life, you will exceed your expectations. The sky is the limit IMO for Shamarko Thomas.

He's the real deal. I see his messages on Twitter and Instagram nearly every day. He talks the talk, walks the walk.

These are directly from his Twitter account for the last couple of days. I've seen this stuff EVERY day for the last year since we drafted him. If he doesn't make it, it won't be from a poor attitude.
