ESPN NFL analyst Ron Jaworski recently ranked all of the starting quarterbacks in the NFL. The Pittsburgh Steelers (http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/pit/pittsburgh-steelers?ex_cid=null)' Ben Roethlisberger (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/5536/ben-roethlisberger?ex_cid=null) is sixth on his list after Peyton Manning (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/1428/peyton-manning?ex_cid=null), Tom Brady (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/2330/tom-brady?ex_cid=null), Aaron Rodgers (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/8439/aaron-rodgers?ex_cid=null), Drew Brees (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/2580/drew-brees?ex_cid=null) and Andrew Luck (http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/_/id/14874/andrew-luck?ex_cid=null).

"Jaws" performed his usual exhaustive film review in compiling his list (http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/11239974/peyton-manning-tops-ron-jaworski-initial-2014-qb-big-board-nfl), and he offered strong praise for Roethlisberger as well as an astonishing statistic:
I thought Big Ben had one of his best seasons in 2013. We all know he has a unique skill set, with the ability to be a pocket passer but also extend the play when it's necessary. Ultimately, there are two sets of numbers that stand out to me for Roethlisberger.........

Luck isn't better than Roethlisberger. At least not yet.

I think we all know that the Steelers are boned if Ben ever goes down for the season.

Luck isn't better than Roethlisberger. At least not yet.

For as stupid as Jaws looks putting Luck at #5, it's nowhere near as mind-numbingly stupid as his top 10 QBs from his countdown last year:

1. Aaron Rodgers
2. Peyton Manning
3. Tom Brady
4. Joe Flacco
5. Matt Ryan
6. Drew Brees
7. Ben Roethlisberger
8. Eli Manning
9. Matt Shaub
10. Andrew Luck
