But in all seriousness, this defense was upgraded.

Mitchell has speed, Polamalu is still quick, our outside linebackers are fast, Timmons has speed, and Shazier was the fastest linebacker in the draft (and is going to be DPOY).

Heyward is fast for a DE, Tuitt has some quickness off the line.

Ike might have lost a step but he's still faster than a lot of starting corners out there.

I think this is going to be a big bounce back season for the defense.
