The work on the new scoreboard at Heinz Field is progressing, with local tradesman continuing with the installation of the 35-foot by 73-foot high-definition scoreboard that will be located in the northwest corner of Heinz Field.

That's cool.

Just out of curiosity, what's the current status on the proposed seating expansion? I know it was being held up for various reasons.

Last I read, 3000 seats will be ready for the 2015 season.

I guess this means that I have to go to a game this year to see the new scoreboard. As if I needed an excuse to make the 5 Hour drive out there for a game. :chuckle:
