Shaq is very athletic, good measurables, very raw and undeveloped talent. Will need some coaching up, luckily he'll have time for it since he won't be starting this year.

Wesley Johnson is a high IQ player, high motor, excellent technician, he can play any position along the line. A Tackle in college but best suited at guard in the NFL, but he can be an emergency tackle or center... if he develops. The big knock on him is that he's undersized, can have some strength issues. So sometimes even though he does everything right he gets pushed back a little bit.

This pick reminds me a lot of Beachum.

Smart. Hard worker. Good Technician.

A little undersized.

Curt didn't seem to care for Shaquille Richardson but is on board with Wesley Johnson

edit: can a mod fix my thread title, I accidentally said Wayne instead of Wesley. I've had Gandy on the mind lol

Sounds like Johnson might be best suited to settle in as either a replacement for Foster of Pouncey's caddy.

I like both picks, especially Wesley being picked. I'm glad we were able to pick someone up for depth when it comes to our O-line.

I really like the Wesley Johnson pick. With a little coaching and some added weight he could be the steal of this draft.

I'm glad the Steelers saw something in Johnson, I was afraid I was seeing something that wasn't there.
